This session is approximately 45 minutes. **YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO COLD TEMPERATURES VIA CHILLED MATS & COLD STONE MASSAGE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION.**  A brief hot stone massage is implemented after the cold exposure to facilitate warming & maximize the benefits of cold exposure. $90
